By providing your contact information, you authorize Prism Total to contact you by phone, text (SMS/MMS), and email for matters related to your inquiry, account, or Services.

2) Services Provided

Prism Total provides insurance audits, policy recommendations and placement, non‑collateral bonding support, and payroll services. Our findings and recommendations depend on the information and documents you provide and what is available at the time of review.

3) Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents. Prism Total is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete submissions.

4) Fees & Payments

Applicable fees (if any) will be disclosed prior to engagement. Invoices are due per the terms shown. Late or non‑payment may suspend Services.

5) Refunds

Refunds (if offered) are assessed case‑by‑case based on work performed and third‑party costs incurred. No refunds are issued for Services already delivered unless required by law or our written agreement.

6) Privacy & Data Security

We use your information only to deliver and improve the Services. We do not sell your personal data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7) Third‑Party Services

Our work may involve insurers, brokers, financial institutions, payroll platforms, or government agencies. We do not control and are not responsible for their actions, decisions, timelines, or systems.

8) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Prism Total remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, forms, or Services, including attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with operations, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

10) No Guarantees

While we aim to identify overpayments, refunds, and savings opportunities, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or refund amounts. Results vary by case.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism Total is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Prism Total harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
